Man was I tired when I awoke Tuesday morning. My body hurt, but in a good way!

I didn’t have class until 10am (one class not meeting), but I was still up before 7am because I had stuff to do! First off: breakfast. Exact same breakfast as Monday but this time shoved in the almond butter jar so I could painfully scrap all of the dry almond butter off! Success.

Then it was off to the gym for me for a 30 minute run! It felt so great to be running again, especially with my new running mix. I’m becoming less of a fan of early morning workouts though (besides swimming) because I just could not cool off enough after it. My hair was pretty darn curly today. -_-

After a fun night of drinking (3 glasses of wine), I always feel like a hot eggy breakfast at work. So I grabbed myself a Spinach Feta Wrap and an Evolution Super Green juice and felt so much better.

Brutal

So I went to my first party in like…over two years last night. I didn’t get home until 4am and had to get up at 6am. >.< I also did not feel good due to drinking some alcohol. I just had one drink but it was very strong.

Anyway, I knew I needed a hot breakfast. All that sounded good was a tomato and cheese square with a double short ristretto Americano with one pump classic and a splash of breve.

Unable to Walk

Did everyone have a great Saturday? Ya know, mine wasn’t bad. =) Not really any major things to complain about…well besides my aging body! I thought I was sore yesterday…but today was so much worse! My calves are so tight I had issues walking. >.< That said I took a day off from the gym since I couldn’t even walk there.

But first I had work. Annoyingly enough my new manager showed up 15 minutes late for the shift…I know it wasn’t her fault (miscommunication) but it still made me loose 15 minutes of my shift, 15 minutes I could have been getting more sleep!

By the time it was my 10 minute break I was very hungry. Luckily I’d brought this Tropical Escape Choani Flip for a snack and enjoyed it with a double short ristretto Americano with a 1/2 pump mocha and a 1/2 pump caramel. I chugged it down! I really needed the caffeine today.

Frozen

You can always tell when I’m struggling by my inability to stay up with posts. =/ I’m so very sorry guys. I’m really trying but I just can’t keep up the strength. Let me try and remember yesterday and power through to today.

Thursday

Since I’m done with the quarter (yay) I worked on a Thursday. It was strange since I didn’t open (4am) but instead had the second shift (6am). This oddly enough made me feel more tired the entire day! I arrived to work early so I could sip down a double tall soy vanilla latte. It was super delicious. I’m really enjoying the flavor and creaminess of soy milk, however, I am noticing I have more gas. =/
