Geez it’s been so long it took me a little bit to figure out where I left off. Looks like Friday was my big melt down. Ug. And now my Lightroom isn’t even wanting to cooperate so I can show you guys the photos…Is this a sign? ./sigh
So like I said, Friday started off with me just feeling bad about myself. Just one of those days where you wake up and feel flabby and worthless.
Even though I knew I might be getting breakfast with my friends (we were carpooling to a field trip for my supplements class) I started my day off with a green smoothie. This was around 5:30am.
So I went to bed at old lady time last night, before 10pm! Due to that I was up by 7am, ready to start on my epically long to-do list. I cleaned the kitchen, did laundry, made the bed, hung up clothes, did the dishes, got packages together for mailing, and even started on some homework..
Around 9am though I finally figured out what I wanted for breakfast. Kodiak Cakes! Made super thin and drizzled with maple syrup and topped with fresh banana and toasted cashews. Super tasty.
Next up I did a lot of homework and still felt like I didn’t make a dent. =( Also…my stomach was stupid sick all morning, even before the pancakes. I felt like I kept having to head to the restroom.
You can always tell when I’m struggling by my inability to stay up with posts. =/ I’m so very sorry guys. I’m really trying but I just can’t keep up the strength. Let me try and remember yesterday and power through to today.
Since I’m done with the quarter (yay) I worked on a Thursday. It was strange since I didn’t open (4am) but instead had the second shift (6am). This oddly enough made me feel more tired the entire day! I arrived to work early so I could sip down a double tall soy vanilla latte. It was super delicious. I’m really enjoying the flavor and creaminess of soy milk, however, I am noticing I have more gas. =/
