Kashi Golean Crunch ~.^ I think they changed the recipe recently! It no longer causes me any stomach pain.

Uh..I don’t really like doughnuts (too sweet!) but if I had to choose I’d say Old Fashioned doughnuts. When I was a little girl, my dad would always bring a box hunting with us so my sister and I would wake up with the rising of the sun, in the back of a trooper, alone on the plains, and eat some doughnuts. ❤
E: is for Eggs, how would you like yours prepared?
Sunny-side up. I love them running so I can dip toast in them.
F: is for Fat Free, what is your favorite fat free product?
Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
G: is for Groceries, where do you purchase yours at?

I sway between a short nonfat cappuccino and a short nonfat latte

Spumoni! Topping would totally be any type of nuts.

Just a little, flavor depends on my mood!

L: is for Lunch, what was yours today?
Well I haven’t had lunch today…but I think I’m going to finish off my left over pizza with a nice big spinach salad.
M: is for microwave, what is your favorite microwave meal/snack?
I try not to cook with the microwave ever since I blew up the last one. =(
N: is for nutrients, do you like carbs, fats, or proteins best?
proteins/fats such as nuts!
O: is for oil, what kind do you like to use?
P: is for protein, how do you get yours?
Nuts, meat-less substitutes, oatmeal
Q: is for Quaker, how do you like your oats?
Fluffy with fruit mixed in, topped with peanut butter and some sort of dried fruit for texture.
R: is for roasting, what is your favorite thing to roast?
Vegetables! All of them. Once my eggplants grow I’ll even try them roasted! (Eggplant = only veggie I dislike)
S: is for sandwich, what’s your favorite kind?
I really don’t like sandwiches…grilled cheese?
T: is for travel, how do you handle eating while traveling?
Bring some of my own healthy snacks. But I also let myself indulge and enjoy the new foods in moderation.
U: is for unique, what is one of your weirdest food combos?
Cottage cheese and apple sauce. Doesn’t anyone else eat this!? It’s amazing!
V: is for vitamins, what kind do you take?
None. I believe in getting all my vitamins from food.
W: is for wasabi, yay or nay?
X: is for XRAY. if we xrayed your belly right now, what food would we see?
Would that actually show up on an x-ray? Greek yogurt, berries, trail mix, banana, Quaker Oat Squares! Breakfast was good. ^_^
Y: is for youth, what food reminds you of your childhood?
Crackers and cheese, bananas and peanut butter.
Z: is for zucchini, how do you prepare it?
Roasted or sautéed. Zucchini bread is also yum!
