Today was a bit disappointing. I had big plans to do something I love and haven’t done since the new year began: donate blood.
I made sure to have a big filling breakfast of blueberry oats topped with almond butter and toasted almond slivers. I started having a cup of coffee with it but switched to water half way through since it helps to be super hydrated for blood donation.
Next I got my butt to the gym for a 30 minute treadmill interval workout @ 1.0% incline since I knew I wouldn’t be able to tonight with all the blood loss.
